\"Beginners<\/a>Tango began as a social dance in Argentina and Uruguay and today it’s danced all over the world. In our classes we teach social tango – not the performance style that you might have seen on popular TV dance programs. The objective of our tango classes is to teach you to enjoy dancing with people in the Brisbane tango community or wherever you travel.<\/p>\r\n

Our five-week beginners’ course is for people new to tango and those of you who would like to revisit and improve their basics. After the course finishes, you can continue to learn tango in our foundation course until end of term.<\/p>\r\n

Saturday afternoons from 2:30 – 4 pm\u00a0 \u00a0***Please register your interest if you wish to enroll\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

Cost?<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n

$95 pp for the five weeks or $25 pp per class. You can pay in cash or via bank transfer.<\/p>\r\n

Aim to arrive around 10 minutes before start time to allow time for finding the venue, parking and admin.<\/p>\r\n

What to wear?<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n

Any comfortable clothes are fine.<\/p>\r\n

Women\u2019s shoes: Comfortable shoes with soles that allow pivoting on a wooden floor.\u00a0Choose a\u00a0heel height\u00a0that you are\u00a0used to\u00a0and can comfortably wear for a couple of hours.<\/p>\r\n
